With 25 years in PR and communications, Louie has worked with leading tech brands to bring stories of innovation, change and opportunity to life. His audience-first approach focuses on aligning those narratives with shifting internal and external landscapes, often through thought leadership and creative campaigns that create shared value. He also works as an executive coach, helping individuals and organisations build stronger communications capabilities. Louie was named PRCA Agency Head of the Year in 2017, has featured in the PR Week PowerBook for the past decade, and led his previous agency to multiple Agency of the Year wins.

He specialises in helping companies understand how the world is changing – from a social, cultural, political and technological perspective – and how to best communicate in that constantly shifting environment.
He is studying for a part-time MSc in the Social Science of the Internet at the Oxford Internet Institute, exploring the intersection of technology, policy and society.
